What is the return policy?
30-day returns, no questions asked. If your bag isn’t perfect, send it back for a full refund. We cover the return label on US orders.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship within 48 hours from our atelier. US delivery: 7–10 business days. Worldwide: 10–14 business days. Every bag is inspected before shipping — that extra day matters.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your bag leaves the atelier. Reply anytime — we answer within 24h.
Do the bags come with original packaging?
Each bag arrives in a protective dust bag, signature box, and care card. Authenticity is built in — not stamped on.
